FAQ
We recommend following the Neapolitan pizza recipe which cooks in 60 seconds at an average temperature of around 440°C (824°F). The Izzonapoletano operates between 440–460°C (824–860°F) with the door open, but it can reach well above 485°C (905°F).
A little over two hours. Thanks to its thermal insulation system, a large amount of heat from the previous session is retained. After 10 hours, the temperature remains at around 220°C (428°F), and even after 24 hours, it can still be at 100°C (212°F). So you won't be starting from a "cold" oven like with other models.
Yes, it's easy to install. Thanks to the wheels, you can place it wherever you like. The oven comes fully assembled. You can also embed it into masonry if desired. It’s also available without the support stand.
Depending on the model, the baking chamber can comfortably hold:
IZ9 - 9 units
IZ6 - 6 units
IZ4 - 4 units
IZ2 - 2 units
These are based on 33cm (13 inch) pizzas.
No, you can use it for all kinds of recipes by setting lower temperatures—this includes bread, cookies, and cakes.
Yes, Izzonapoletano is ready to use right out of the box. Every oven shipped has already passed a strict in-house quality test, which includes a 12-hour endurance trial.
Yes, when used outdoors. Indoors, it should be connected to a smoke vent or placed under an extractor hood to eliminate odors, grease, and smoke from cooking—or in case of accidental pizza burning.
The only limit is the stamina of the pizzaiolo. The oven doesn’t need to rest.
It costs much less than what it will earn you in just a short time.
