GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter
"GTC") define the contractual relationship between the seller
and the buyer. They apply to any purchase made by the seller,
either directly at the seller's offices or remotely (email,
quotation, telephone).
Any order implies consultation and
unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Validation of the order, quotation, or purchase order entails
full and complete acceptance of these terms of sale,
acknowledgment of having read and fully understood them, and
constitutes a signature and binding contractual commitment by
the buyer.

Products and Services
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and visuals are not contractual.
Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are indicated in euros.
For customers established within the European Union and
holding a valid intra-community VAT number, prices are
exclusive of VAT.
For customers established in Italy, applicable VAT will be
added to the indicated price, even if a valid VAT number is
provided.
For customers outside the European Union, customs duties,
taxes, or additional charges may apply, which shall be borne
by the buyer.
Payments must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon
between the seller and the buyer and specified in the
quotation, order, or invoice.
Order
Any order becomes firm and final after written validation
(quotation, purchase order, confirmation email).
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in
the event of an existing dispute with the buyer.
Delivery
The terms and conditions of delivery are specified at the time
of the order.
Transport risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the
products are handed over to the carrier. It is the
responsibility of the client to check the condition of the
received goods (mandatory package opening) and to file claims
against the carrier by making notes on the delivery slip,
detailing the damages, and refusing the goods if deemed
unusable. Damages must be confirmed by registered letter to
the carrier within 48 hours (art. 105 of the Commercial Code),
otherwise the right to claim is forfeited. If you accept the
goods without opening the packaging and later discover any
damage, no recourse will be possible. The notes “subject to
unpacking” or “cardboard in good condition” exclude carrier
liability and eliminate any right of recourse. Even if the
packaging appears intact, all packages must be opened to check
the products.
For multiple-item orders, always verify the number of packages
before signing the carrier’s delivery slip.
Products are delivered to the business address indicated by
the buyer on the purchase order.
Delivery does not include installation or commissioning of the
product. The carrier is under no obligation to deliver the
goods inside the buyer’s premises. If the store has stairs,
the packages will be left at the base of the stairs.
Similarly, if the premises are located on upper floors or
within a shopping center without outside access, the carrier
will deliver the goods as close as possible to where they can
be brought in a pallet truck.
On shipment, it is essential to distinguish between the
supplier and the carrier, who is a separate service
provider.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, sales concluded between professionals (B2B) do not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
Warranties
For professional equipment, a contractual warranty of 1 year,
limited to parts only, is granted from the date of
delivery.
The warranty does not cover damage to normal wear and tear of
products, defects or damages resulting from incorrect
installation or improper use, poor maintenance, or any
unauthorized modification of the product.
Liability
The seller cannot be held responsible in the event of improper or non-compliant use of the products.
Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for order processing and
complies with the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR).
For further details, see the Privacy Policy available on the
website.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance, or
validity hereof shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts at the seller’s registered office.
